Originally from West Tennessee, Terry holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee in Grounds Management. With a strong background in horticulture, he spent nine years as the Horticulturist for the Memphis Zoological Society. He later relocated to Delaware and began work in the Irrigation field as an Installer. Over the course of his  23 years in irrigation, Terry has undertaken comprehensive training programs offered by numerous manufacturers.

With his dedicated and commitment to professional growth, it has resulted in receiving several certifications, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

In 2018, Terry made the decision to join Sullivan’s, attracted by the company’s desire to work as a team, striving for excellence and appreciating attention to detail. Terry is crucial to the team of Sullivan’s, delivering exceptional irrigation services and maintaining some of the highest standards of quality.
