Jerome is a Salisbury University graduate; he holds a bachelor’s degree and is a four-year collegiate football player. His early years of his career initially began in sales, as Sales Manager with Trinity Logistics and later at Cinta.

In 2021, Jerome’s path led him to Sullivan’s Team, where he was initially an account manager. Overseeing remarkable communities in the Lewes and Millsboro area, he diligently executed his responsibilities. His tenure with Sullivan’s has been marked by a dual accomplishment: acquiring industry insights while also training fellow account managers to help them excel in their roles.

His dedication and contributions have been recognized, resulting in his recent promotion of Branch Manager at our new location in Millsboro. Jerome looks forward to many more years with the Sullivan’s team.
